By Public Procurement Board decision No 2026/UM.II-318 of 28 January 2026, it was clarified whether electronic invoices submitted for works carried out for the private sector are subject to notarisation or certification by an accountant when used to prove work experience, having regard to Tax Procedure Law No 213.
