Rounding errors: which rounding errors may be corrected by the contracting authority

Article 16.5.3 of the Public Procurement General Communiqué provides that calculation differences arising from software rounding in the multiplications and totals of the schedule annexed to the bid letter, prepared using spreadsheet software with electronic tools, may be corrected where they are equal to or less than one thousandth of the total bid price.
