Under the legislation and the provisions of the administrative specification set out above, the cases in which tenderers are to be excluded from a tender are set out exhaustively, covering those that are bankrupt, in liquidation, whose affairs are administered by a court, that have been declared bankrupt or are subject to a compulsory liquidation order.
