How is the work experience ratio determined in a construction tender?

The minimum ratio to be required for the work experience certificate is shown in the tender documents within the limits laid down in the Construction Works Tenders Implementation Regulation. In setting the ratio, the procurement procedure, whether there is a joint venture and the type of bid are taken into account.
