Allocation (Allocation of Immovable Property)
The allocation of immovable property is where public authorities, while retaining ownership, make the immovable property in their ownership available free of charge to one another or to village legal entities, in order that the public services laid down in their governing legislation may be carried out; and, in the case of immovable property belonging to the Treasury and places under the authority and disposal of the State, where the Ministry of Finance makes them available free of charge for the use of public authorities or village legal entities for the duration of the service.
