Balance Sheet or Equivalent Documents

Documents required in tenders as part of economic and financial standing. Relating to the year preceding the year in which the tender is held, these are, as required by the legislation, the year-end balance sheet or the sections of the balance sheet showing that the required criteria are met, for candidates and tenderers obliged to publish their balance sheets; and, for those not so obliged, the year-end balance sheet, the sections showing that the required criteria are met, or documents drawn up by members of the profession to show that those criteria are met.
