Business Registration Certificate (Food Production Permit)

The business registration certificate is the compulsory permit or registration document showing that the business in which the meal preparation, meal production, food production or mass catering service subject to the tender is to be carried out is registered for the purposes of the food legislation, is known to the competent authority, and is by its field of activity suitable for operating in food production or mass catering. Public Procurement Board decisions and tender documents refer to it as the food production permit or business registration certificate.
