Cancellation of a Tender Before the Tender or Final Application Hour

An administrative act carried out under Public Procurement Law No. 4734 that brings the tender to an end. The ground for cancellation before the tender or final application hour is that the contracting authority considers it necessary, or that matters are found in the documents forming part of the tender documents that prevent the tender from being held and cannot be remedied, and the tender is cancelled before the tender hour under the first paragraph of Article 16 of the Law.
