Catering Service Procurement

A service procurement concerning the performance by the contractor of services relating to the preparation, cooking, distribution or serving of meals, in order to meet the meal requirements of the personnel of contracting authorities, students, patients or other persons benefiting from the service. According to the principles laid down in the tender documents, the service may cover activities such as the preparation, cooking, distribution or serving of meals, kitchen organisation and the management of the catering service.
