Central Registry System

The Central Registry System is the electronic source of trade registry data in the participation, qualification and tender evaluation process, serving to verify, consistently with EKAP, the identity, shareholding, management and representation information of legal person candidates or tenderers registered in the trade registry in public tenders. In electronic tenders, the shareholding structure, managers, persons authorised to represent and bind, and certain qualification information are assessed from EKAP records, which must therefore be consistent with the trade registry.
