Competition

A competition is the organisation held for the selection by a jury of the idea, design, project, plan or work required for the realisation of a matter relating to architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, urban design projects, city and regional planning or works of fine art. Article 23 of Law No. 4734 provides that contracting authorities may hold competitions, with or without prizes, by a notice ensuring competition, in order to obtain a plan or design project in those fields.
