Construction Supervision Body

Authorised bodies having private law legal personality that carry out technical supervision in order to ensure that structures are built in accordance with the project and the legislation. Their duties are to check the conformity of projects with the legislation, to supervise the construction process technically, to check the quality of materials, and to ensure that the structure is built in accordance with the permit and the project. In public works tenders they carry out the technical supervision of the construction activities performed by the contractor.
