Contract Procedures Carried Out Through EKAP

Procedures relating to contracts subject to Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735 are carried out through EKAP. These include drawing up or uploading the site handover record, notification and approval of technical personnel, work programme applications including revised programmes and their approval, subcontractor approvals and the uploading of the subcontract, project changes, approvals of increases and reductions in the scope of work, extensions of time, force majeure applications, approval of reports and technical documentation, and new and revised unit price procedures.
