Corruption

Corruption is the commission of irregularity by abusing an office or a power. In public procurement and contracts, corruption means the use by public officials, during the tender and contract process, of the powers conferred on them in a manner contrary to the law, to ethics or to due procedure, for their personal benefit or in order to confer an advantage on others.
