Cost or Sale Price Determination Record (Annex 0.5 / 0.6)

A record drawn up, where a price quotation is obtained from third parties in respect of the cost components making up the tender, by the member of the profession who has concluded a full certification agreement with the person giving the price quotation or who is authorised to sign their returns, in support of the price quotation for the goods or service subject to the tender.
