Cost or Sale Price Determination Record (Annex 0.7)

A document drawn up, where the prices of goods produced, purchased or sold by the tenderer itself are used in respect of the cost components making up the tender, by the member of the profession who has concluded a full certification agreement with the tenderer or who is authorised to sign its returns, in respect of the goods subject to the tender, and which may be used in abnormally low tender explanations.
