Debarment from Tenders (Law No. 2886)

Debarment from tenders under Law No. 2886 is the administrative sanction by which real or legal persons engaging in deceitful or unlawful conduct in tenders held under the State Procurement Law are prohibited, for a specified period or indefinitely, from participating in the tenders of public authorities, under Articles 83 to 85 of that Law.
