Debarment Under Law No. 2886

Debarment under State Procurement Law No. 2886 is imposed under Article 84 of that Law. Decisions on temporary debarment from participation in tenders published in the Official Gazette take the form either of debarment from the tenders of the institution or organisation taking the decision, or of debarment from all tenders held under the Law. Debarment decisions taken by contracting authorities under Law No. 2886 are applied according to the scope and content in which they are published in the Official Gazette.
