Draft Contract

The draft contract is the preliminary text, at the tender stage, of the contract to be signed with the tenderer to whom the tender will be awarded, in tenders held under Public Procurement Law No. 4734. It is among the compulsory elements of the tender documents, together with the administrative specifications, the technical specifications and the other necessary documents and information. Tenderers form their tenders having regard to its provisions on the period, price, payment conditions, securities, penalties, price differences, acceptance, termination and disputes.
