EKAP Signature Authority (Company)

The person authorised on behalf of a real or legal person to carry out its procedures on the Electronic Public Procurement Platform and who approves the procedures carried out on the platform with a secure electronic signature. That person may be one of the persons authorised to represent and bind the company, or a user authorised by them through EKAP. The principal duties of the registered signature authority include authorising the users who will act on EKAP on behalf of the company.
