EKAP Terms of Use

A digital authorisation agreement, approved with an electronic signature, showing that the public administrations and the real or legal persons who will use the Electronic Public Procurement Platform accept the procedures and principles governing the transactions to be carried out on it. By this protocol the user accepts the conditions of use of the system, assumes the legal consequences of the transactions carried out in it, and undertakes that transactions on the platform will be conducted with a secure electronic signature.
