Establishment of a New Price

In works, where the conditions for a project change arise, the determination of the prices of new work items or work groups whose prices are not given in the tender documents and/or in the tender, which the contracting authority considers necessary during the performance of the work, together with the prices of additional works to be carried out under the contract. The new price is established, according to the nature of the work item or group, in the order of priority laid down in the legislation.
