Functional Test

Where so specified in the contract and its annexes, the testing under actual conditions of use of whether the work subject to the procurement delivers the performance and efficiency expected of it. It is carried out as part of the physical inspection by the inspection commission, or by specialist bodies under the commission's supervision.
