Guidance Personnel Within the Scope of Access to Education Through Transport

Guidance personnel within the scope of that service are the personnel who, in the school service vehicle in which special education pupils and trainees in particular are transported, work other than as the driver, and who ensure that pupils and trainees board and alight safely, ensure safety in the vehicle, assist where necessary with their personal care needs, and report problems arising during transport to the management of the school or institution.
