Immovable Property That May Not Be Allocated or Transferred Free of Charge
The immovable property that may not be allocated or transferred free of charge is as follows: property with an annotation or injunction preventing transfer; property whose ownership is in dispute before the Cadastral Court; property whose development plan is the subject of proceedings; jointly owned property to whose transfer the co-owners have not consented; property held in collective ownership; property bearing a title allocation annotation; and property over which an easement has been created.
