Lease (Leasing of Public Immovable Property)

The allocation for temporary use by private and legal persons, within the scope of the legislation, of immovable property belonging to departments within the general budget, annexed budget administrations, special provincial administrations and municipalities. In the leasing of immovable property, the location, boundaries, area and, where applicable, the sheet, block and parcel numbers and the condition of the property according to the land registry records must be specified in the specifications. Leasing transactions are carried out under State Procurement Law No. 2886.
