Liability of Service Providers
Service providers are directly liable for loss and damage arising, within the scope of their undertakings, from the selection, supply or use of defective materials or materials not conforming to standards, design errors, faulty implementation, lack of supervision, failure to perform the undertaking in accordance with the contract and the specifications, and similar causes. Such loss and damage are made good and compensated by the service provider under the general provisions. The provisions on the criminal liability of contractors also apply to them.
