Marketing Authorisation Certificate

The marketing authorisation certificate is a special permit showing that, for products whose placing on the market is subject to ministerial permission under specific legislation, such as veterinary medicinal products, vaccines, sera and immunological products, the product is permitted to be manufactured, imported, placed on the market, stored and administered within the framework of the information accepted by the competent authority. It is used in public tenders as a professional and technical capacity document where the tender documents so provide.
