Medical Firm (Public Procurement and Contracts)
A medical firm operating under public procurement and contracts is a supplier or service provider undertaking that produces, imports, sells or distributes the medical devices, equipment, consumables and apparatus required for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in the hospitals or health institutions of contracting authorities within the scope of Law No. 4734. Medical firms wishing to supply goods and services to public institutions participate in public tenders and, where they meet the conditions, sign a contract with the authority.
