Mobilisation (Partial or General Mobilisation)
Mobilisation is the state in which all activities relating to the preparation, assembly, organisation and use of all the forces and resources of the State, primarily military force, so as to meet the requirements of war, are applied, and in which rights and freedoms are limited in whole or in part by law. General mobilisation is mobilisation applied throughout the country in order to meet a threat directed at the whole country and to enable all existing forces and resources to be used. Partial mobilisation is applied in one or more regions of the country.
