Occupation Compensation

Compensation arising from the occupation or use, without permission, of public immovable property by real or legal persons. Contracting authorities may claim compensation regardless of whether they have suffered loss or whether the occupier is at fault. The procedures and principles for occupation compensation and eviction in respect of immovable property in the private ownership of the Treasury are governed by the Regulation on the Administration of Treasury Immovable Property.
