Overseas Work Completion Certificate (Works)

A work completion certificate drawn up under the legislation of the country where the work was carried out, for overseas works based on a single contract and not undertaken for institutions competent to issue certificates. The fact that the work is based on a single contract is decisive for the clear traceability of the price and scope, and the certificate is expected to be consistent with any contract annexes, increases in the scope of work or revisions. It contains information such as the employer's name, the location and nature of the work, the contract price and the completion date.
