Partial Tender

A partial tender is a tender submitted for one or more of the parts of a tender where the tender documents permit tenders to be submitted for parts. Where partial tenders are permitted, the parts and the qualification criteria applicable to each are specified in the tender documents, and the evaluation and award are carried out separately for each part.
