The Implementing Regulation on the Electronic Conduct of Public Procurement, published in Official Gazette No. 32550 of 18 May 2024, governs the procedures and principles for carrying out through EKAP the procedures in tenders, direct procurements and the related contract processes under Law No. 4734 or within the scope of an exemption.
