Participation in a Tender (Participation by Persons Employed as Workers)
Participation in a tender by persons employed as workers is where a real person working under an employment contract in a public institution or a private workplace submits a tender in their own name as a tenderer in a tender under Public Procurement Law No. 4734. Article 10 of that Law provides that documents relating to economic and financial standing and professional and technical capacity may be required from tenderers, while Article 11 lists exhaustively the persons who may not participate in public tenders directly, indirectly, as a subcontractor or on behalf of others.
