Partnership Company

A partnership company, including general and limited partnerships, is a type of company in which the personal liability of the partners is to the fore and in which liability is in most cases unlimited and joint and several, under Article 124 of the Turkish Commercial Code. In public procurement, whether a company is a partnership company matters for the assessment of work experience certificates, the distinction between the company and its partners in balance sheet and turnover criteria, the legal liability of partners, and the effect of debarment decisions.
