Private Security Company Activity Permit

The private security company activity permit is the permit showing that the tenderer is a company authorised to provide private security services, and which must be obtained for the performance of the work subject to the tender in private security service procurement tenders, under the Law on Private Security Services No. 5188. In such tenders it must be included in the section of the administrative specifications on the registrations, permits and licences that must be obtained for the performance of the work.
