Procurement Adviser
A person who holds a higher education qualification and has detailed knowledge of and experience in the legislation within the scope of Public Procurement Law No. 4734, Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735, State Procurement Law No. 2886 and Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018. A procurement adviser works on the disputes of the persons advised, within the scope of the procurement legislation, before official and private persons, boards and institutions.
