Procurement Within the Monetary Limit (Direct Procurement)

In direct procurements, procurement within the monetary limit is the possibility of carrying out by direct procurement those goods and service procurements and works that do not exceed the amounts updated each year by the Public Procurement Authority, under Article 22(1)(d) of Law No. 4734. This is the most frequently used form of direct procurement. Dividing a requirement into units, groups or parts in order to remain below the limit published each year is prohibited.
