Progress Payment Certificate

Documents issued within the first five working days of each month, with the statutory deductions made, within the framework of the principles laid down in the General Specifications for Works. Progress payment certificates are approved by the contracting authority within thirty days at the latest from the date on which they are signed by the contractor or its representative and submitted to the authority, and the progress payment is then accrued within thirty days at the latest following that date. Payment is made within fifteen days at the latest after the date of accrual.
