Prohibited Acts and Conduct (Law No. 2886)

The prohibited acts and conduct under the State Procurement Law consist, during the preparation, conduct and conclusion of tender procedures, in rigging or attempting to rig the procedures of the tender by deceit, trickery, promises, threats, the use of influence, the obtaining of an advantage or other means; and, in tenders held under the open tender or negotiated procedure, in speaking so as to create doubt among tenderers or discourage participation, making signs implying a call for agreement among tenderers, or holding discussions impairing the integrity of the tender.
