Prohibited Acts and Conduct Under Law No. 2886

During the preparation, conduct and conclusion of tender procedures under State Procurement Law No. 2886: rigging or attempting to rig the procedures of the tender by deceit, trickery, promises, threats, the use of influence, the obtaining of an advantage or other means; in tenders held under the open tender or negotiated procedure, speaking so as to create doubt among tenderers or discourage participation, making signs implying a call for agreement among tenderers, or holding discussions impairing the integrity of the tender; and using forged documents in tender procedures.
