Prohibition on Disclosing Information and Documents

The obligation of those involved in the application of Laws No. 4734 and No. 4735, and of those providing advisory services, to keep confidential, and not to use for their own benefit or that of third parties, all procedures relating to the tender process, the business and transactions of tenderers, information and documents concerning the technical and financial aspects of their tenders that must remain confidential, the estimated cost of the work, and information and documents concerning the business, transactions and technical and financial structure of contractors.
