Public Construction Contract

A public construction contract is the contract concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor within the scope of a tender held under Public Procurement Law No. 4734. The contractor party to that contract is obliged to create and deliver the structure specified in the tender documents, and the contracting authority to pay the price provided for in the contract.
