Public Expenditure
Public expenditure is the spending of the appropriations allocated to them by the administrations, institutions and organisations acting on behalf of the State, such as general and special budget administrations, municipalities, revolving fund organisations and public economic enterprises, in order to meet the requirements and benefit of the public. The procedures and methods to be applied in public expenditure are laid down in Laws No. 4734, No. 4735 and No. 5018 and their secondary legislation.
