Public Information Technology Authorisation Certificate
The public information technology authorisation certificate is a document in the nature of a permit or authorisation, provided for specifically in the relevant legislation for the performance of the work subject to the tender, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Technology to show that the tenderer has the organisational, technical and administrative capacity to carry out information technology services in public information technology service procurements. It is not a quality management system certificate but a sectoral authorisation specific to such procurements.
