Public Procurement Law No. 4734

The law laying down the principles and procedures applicable to tenders held by public institutions and organisations using public resources for the procurement of goods, services, works and advisory services. Procurement is carried out under three tender procedures. The secondary legislation of the Law is issued by the Public Procurement Authority.
