Purchase or Lease of Immovable Property (Direct Procurement)

The purchase or lease of immovable property is possible by direct procurement. The contracting authority may purchase or lease an immovable property suited to its requirements within the limits laid down by the legislation, under Article 22(1)(e) of Law No. 4734. The grounds for the need to purchase or lease, the location and required characteristics of the property, and the current market rates must be determined and that information annexed to the approval document.
