Quality Management System Certificate (ISO 9001 / TS EN ISO 9001)

The quality management system certificate is a system certificate showing that an organisation plans, implements, monitors and continuously improves its activities within a defined quality management system. ISO 9001 and TS EN ISO 9001 are the most common such certificates. They concern not the product itself but the organisational processes, documentation, approach to customer satisfaction and quality management infrastructure through which the product or service is produced. TS EN ISO 9001 is the version of that standard harmonised in Türkiye by the Turkish Standards Institution.
