Restricted Procedure

A tender procedure applied, in works tenders whose estimated cost exceeds half the threshold amount and in which the open procedure cannot be applied because the nature of the work requires expertise or advanced technology, for works in which tenders may be submitted by tenderers invited by the contracting authority following a pre-qualification assessment.
